Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging. The hangtag MUST remain attached.Please note that once the hangtag has been removed, the item is no longer eligible for return without exception. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please email info@mimchik.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. Our team will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping
We will provide a return shipping label. Items must be packed in the original packaging or a similar suitable package and securely sealed. We are not responsible for damage that occurs in transit due to improper packing, including water damage or damage caused by inadequate protection or folding.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return criteria. We will notify you by email once your return has been approved or, if applicable, declined.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment for the original purchase amount, minus the original shipping charge and a flat 15 USD restocking fee per order
Non Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: items without their original hangtag attached, items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration and discounted or final sale items.
