When will my order ship?

Each Mimchik piece is prepared with care. In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by local customs authorities.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee adjustments, as orders begin processing quickly.

How do preorders work?

Select styles may be offered for preorder. By placing a preorder, you are securing your piece ahead of production. Estimated delivery dates are noted on each product page. Please note that preorder timelines are approximate and subject to change due to the nature of production.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Because preorder items are made specifically for you, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need assistance, reach out to us within 48 hours of placing your preorder and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. To begin a return, please contact us at info@mimchik.com

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If your preferred size or color is available, we’ll be happy to coordinate an exchange.

Are returns complimentary?

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an incorrect or damaged item.

I received a gift. Can I return or exchange it?

Yes. Gifted items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, while exchanges can be arranged directly with you.

How do I know my size?

Detailed measurements are included on each product page. If you’re between sizes or would like tailored guidance, our team will gladly assist you directly.

Are Mimchik pieces available at other retailers?

Yes. In addition to our website, Mimchik is carried by select boutiques and retailers worldwide. You can view our current stockists here.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Most Mimchik pieces are produced in limited runs. Once a style is sold out, it is rarely restocked. Occasionally, select core styles may return. The best way to know is by subscribing to our newsletter or signing up for back in stock notifications on the product page.

Can I shop Mimchik in person?
