Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging. The hangtag MUST remain attached. Please note that once the hangtag has been removed, the item is no longer eligible for return without exception.
Sale Returns
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale prices are as marked and are not eligible for additional promotions or discount codes.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please email info@mimchik.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
We will provide a return shipping label. Items must be packed in the original packaging or a similar suitable package and securely sealed. We are not responsible for damage that occurs in transit due to improper packing, including water damage or damage caused by inadequate protection or folding.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return criteria. We will notify you by email once your return has been approved or, if applicable, declined.
Refunds
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, minus the original shipping charge and a flat 15 USD restocking fee per order. Store credit must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, items without their original hangtag attached, items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration and final sale items are not eligible for return.
